TCD dynamic monitoring after the thrombolysis treatment in acute cerebral infarction

目的:确定TCD对急性脑梗塞溶栓治疗后的监测意义。方法:对急性脑梗塞静脉溶栓的病人,在治疗前及治疗后6h、1d、3d、7d进行TCD监测并同时进行功能评分。结果:功能评分随脑血管再通比例而好转,血管再通比例第7天最高。结论:脑梗塞的溶栓治疗后进行TCD监测具有重要临床意义。

Objective To discuss the significance of the transcrani al Dopplar(TCD) monitoring after the thrombolysis treatmet in acute cerebral inf arction. Methods TCD monitoring was preformed after thrombloysis treatment o n the 6th hours, the 1st day ,the 3rd day and the 7th day, and the functional ev aluation was performed at the same time. Results The functional evaluation became better with the rate of r ecanalization increased.The rate of recanalization was highest on the 7th day. Conclusion It is very important to do TCD monitoring after thromboly sis treatment in acute cerebral infarction.
