Quantitative determination of benzocain in Benzocain cream by UV

目的:建立一种简易的苯佐卡因软膏中苯佐卡因的含量测定方法。方法:用紫外分光光度法在290nm波长处测定苯佐卡因的含量。结果:苯佐卡因平均回收率为101.22%,线性范围5.082～40.68μg/ml,RSD<2%。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,适用于不同级别医院。

Objective To establish a UV method for the determinatio n of benzocain in Benzocain cream. Methods A UV method was used to de termine the concentration of benzocain at 326 nm. Results The averag e recoveries of benzocain were 101.22% Abs and concentration had a good relation ship in the range of 5.085~ 40.68 μg/ml. RSD<2%.Conclusion The m ethod is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used in hospitals of differen t range.
