摘要
针对电力通信资源地域辽阔、设备种类繁多、网络结构复杂以及按行政区域、分级别进行管理的特点,提出了适合各级电力通信管理部门使用的分布式地理信息系统建设方案,包括系统体系结构设计、系统功能设计、分布数据存储与管理;最后对系统实施中的难点进行了分析,给出了由低级到高级的分步实施方案。
The management status of power communication resources and it's requirements are introduced. Power communication resources cover a ver y broad space and include a variety of devices, the structure of network is very complex, and they are divided into different levels of administrative regions. This paper provides a Distributed Geographic Information System(DGIS) solution w hich is adaptable to each level of administrative departments, including system architecture design, system function design, distributed data storage and manage ment. At last, the problems of system implementation are analyzed, and the imple mentation solution from lower to higher step by step is given.
