摘要
用分层递阶分析的方法探讨了流域水资源优化配置模型的建立和求解思路。将流域系统化,以追求经济效益、社会效益和环境效益为目标建立流域水资源优化配置供水模型,多目标统一用经济标准衡量,加上各种约束条件将流域水资源系统模型化,用大系统多目标递阶动态规划方法求解,以取得水资源优化配置的最佳方案。该模型以太子河流域水资源优化配置为实例具有实际意义。
The paper uses the method of interactive analytic hier archy process to build optimal allocation of water resources and establish the i nteractive relationship among the factors including society, economy, environmen t and water resources. The system is studied in the light of the idea of systema tization, modelling and optimization, The system operation with multiobjective p rogramming is developed for optimal allocation of water resources in Taizi River Basin. The results show serious damage of water supply(2030,75%)with large amou nt of water shortage(1.185 billion m 3 ).Some feasible measures, such as sav ing on water, adjustment of the structure of industry and agriculture, should be taken to keep the sustainable development in Taizi River Basin in the future.
