骨朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症的临床病理

Clinicopathologic Analysis of Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis of the Bone

目的:探讨骨朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症(LCH)的临床病理特征。方法:通过HE切片及免疫组化观察1例股骨的LCH,并复习文献。结果:朗格汉斯细胞增生呈弥漫排列,部分区域呈片状或成簇,伴嗜酸性粒细胞弥漫浸润。免疫组化显示:S100(++),CD45(-),CD45RO(-),CK(pan)(-),结论:骨的LCH是一种少见疾病,免疫组化对其诊断与鉴别诊断有重要作用。

Objective To study the clinicopathological feature of Langerhans'cell histiocytosis(LCH)of the bone.Methods A case of LCH of the bone was analyzed with light microscopic and immunohistochemical stains and related literature was reviewed.Results Histologically LCH was characterized by lesions an accumulation and/or proliferation of Langerhans cells(LCs).LCs often arrangeda diffuse pattern with a varying degree of eosinophils and focal areas exhibited a sheet or a cluster pattern.Immtmohistochemical assay showed positive S-100 protein(++) and CD_(68)(+)CD_(45).CD_(45)RO,CK(pan)were negative.Conclusion LCH is rarely lesion.Immunohistochemical study were very important for diagnosis and differential diagnosis for lesion.
