摘要
目的:应用非线性曲线快速测定末梢血CRP。方法:以不同浓度的CRP定标液作标准制作CRP快速测定的非线性曲线。结果:末梢血CRP浓度>80mg/L,非线性曲线测定的结果与单点定标测定的结果之间差异存在显著性,P<0.05。结论:末梢血快速CRP测定应以非线性曲线定标。
Objective Useing the non-linear curve to determine C-reactive protein(CRP)intip blood quickly.Methods By the different density of CRP standards to make non-linear curve.Results When the density of CRP in tip blood is greater than 80 mg/L,there is a significance difference between the non-linear's results and one point standarded results,P<0.05.Conclusion The non-linear curve should be used to determine CRP in tip blood quickly.
