摘要
采用单铈盐引发体系制备海藻酸钠/聚N异丙基丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物(SAgPNIPAAM),考察了引发剂浓度、反应温度、反应时间、单体浓度对接枝率的影响,并利用FTIR、DSC对SAgPNIPAAM进行了表征;结果表明,单铈盐引发体系可制备接枝率高的SAgPNIPAAM,具有温度、pH敏感特性的SAgPNIPAAM可望用于新型温敏/肠溶生物功能材料。
Grafting of N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAAM) onto sodium alginate has been carried out using ceric ammonium nitrate (CAN) as a redox initiator in an aqueous medium. The optimized reaction conditions affording maximum percentage of grafting are determined by varying the concentrations of CAN, NIPAAM, and also temperature and time. The effects of these parameters on the percentage of grafting (G) and percentage of grafting effciency (G_E) have also been studied and the results are discussed. The temperature and pH sensitivity of different Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)-grafted sodium alginate(SA-g-PNIPAAM) was also studied. The results show that the SA-g-PNIPAAM will be a novel temperature-sensitive/enteric functional biomaterial.
