快速预缺血处理对兔脑再缺血的保护作用(英文)

摘要 目的探讨预缺血后短暂灌注(快速预缺血)对兔脑再缺血的影响.方法股动脉放血至平均动脉压35~40mmHg时,阻断双侧颈总动脉诱导脑缺血.20只兔随机分为对照组:脑缺血10min;实验组:脑缺血3min灌注30min后、脑再缺血10min,观察两组脑再缺血3、10d海马CA1区正常神经元密度.结果实验组脑缺血3d后海马CA1区正常神经元密度明显高于对照组,实验组脑缺血10d后海马CA1区正常神经元密度与对照组无明显差异.结论快速预缺血对兔脑再缺血具有保护作用,但仅出现在再灌注3d后而非10d后. [Objective] To explore the role of rapid ischemic preconditioning(IPC) protecting rabbits against ischemic neuronal damage following global cerebral ischemia. [Methods] Cerebral ischemia was produced by occlusion of both carotid arteries in combination with drawing blood to mean artery pressure(MAP) 35-40 mmHg. 20 rabbits were randomly divided into Control group: cerebral ischemia lasted 10min ,Experimental group: after 3-min IPC and 30 min of recovery, cerebral ischemia was induced and lasted 10min, neurons density in the hippocampal CA1 region was examined and measured 3 days later or 10 days later. [Results] The neuronal density in CA1 region of hippocampus 3 days after cerebral ischemia in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group. The neuronal density in CA1 region of hippocampus 10 days after cerebral ischemia had no obvious difference between experimental group and control group. [Conclusion] Rapid preconditioning protects rabbits against ischemic neuronal damage after 3 but 10 days of reperfusion following global cerebral ischemia.
