一期切开根治术治疗高位肛管直肠周围脓肿38例

The radical correction of sectioning for draining to treat 38 patients with superior position of perianal abscess in the first stage

目的探讨一期切开根治术高位肛周脓肿的方法。方法回顾性分析我院自2004年8月至2005年2月收治38例高位肛周脓肿经行1期切开引流治疗的病人临床资料。结果所有病例中35例治愈,3例形成肛瘘需再次手术,术后痊愈出院,治愈率为92.1%。结论高位肛周脓肿内口绝大多数仍在肛窦处,不必挂线治疗,同样可获得根治目的。

Objective The aim of the study is to explore the therapic method to superior position of perianal abscess in the first stage. Methods To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 38 patients with superior position of perianal abscess treated by using sectioning for draining in the first stage in our hospital from Aug 2004 to Feb 2005. Results 35 cases fully recovered form an illness, 3 cases with anal fistula recovered from an illness after second operation, the healing rate was 92.1%. Conclusions The therapic method of sectioning for draining in patients with superior position of perianal abscess can also be radically corrected in the first stage without thread-drawing therapy
