愈疡整肠方灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎30例临床观察

The Observation of Clinical Effect of Enema with Yuyangzhengchangfang for Ulcerative Colitis in 30 Cases

目的观察愈疡整肠方灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果。方法本方灌肠治疗组30例,并与地塞米松灌肠对照组进行疗效比较。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%,优于对照组(有效率为83.3%);两组治疗后血清TNF-α均明显降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组;两组治疗后CD8明显降低,CD4及CD4/CD8比值明显升高。结论愈疡整肠方灌肠治疗UC疗效优于地塞米松灌肠治疗,该方作用机理可能与其降低血清TNF-α含量及调整T细胞亚群有关。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of enema with yuyangzhengchangfang (YYZCF). Methods Thirty cases with ulcerative colitis were subjected to the enema with YYZCF, which was compared with that with the dexamethasone drug (the control group). Results the total effective rate of treatment group (96.7%) was much higher than that of control group (83.3%). After treatment, the content of serum TNF-α was significantly lower than that of pro-treatment in both groups, and the content of serum TNF-α in treatment was much lower than that in control group. After treatment, CD8 of both groups was lower than that of pre-treatment, CD4 and CD4/CD8 of both groups were remarkably higher than those of pre-treatment. Conclusions the clinical effect of YYZCF is better than that of dexamethasone. The mechanism of the clinical effect is likely to associate with the effect of decrease serum TNF-α and regulation the T-lymphocyte subpopulation.
