乙型肝炎患者HBV—M与HBV—DNA检测结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解分析各型乙型肝炎患者血清的标志物HBV-M(HBsAg、抗—HBs、HBeAg、抗—HBe、抗—HBc)与从基因水平测得的HBV—DNA的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测HBV—M,FQ—PCR法检测HBV—DNA。结果各种HBV—M模式都有一定的HBV—DNA检出率。HBsAg、HBeAg、抗—HBe阳性和HBsAg、HbsAg阳性这两种模式HBV—DNA阳性率最高,分别为91.5%、90.6%。其次为HbsAg、抗—HBc阳性;HbsAg阳性;HbsAg、抗—HBe、抗—HBc阳性,HBV—DNA阳性率分别为50.0%、28.6%和23.4%。在HBsAg阴性的模式中,HBV-DNA阳性率可达8.1%(15/105),单项抗—HBc阳性患者血清HBV—DNA阳性率为8.3%,抗—HBs阳性的病例中亦可检出HBV—DNA阳性(6.0%)。HBeAg组的HBV—DNA阳性率为91.4%与抗HBe组的HBV—DNA阳性率(21.1%)比较,有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论HBeAg与HBV—DNA关系密切,乙型肝炎患者血清学标志物HBV—M无论何种模式,都应检测HBV—DNA,以此确证HBV感染后在体内的复制情况并追踪预后。 Objective To find out the relationship between HBV-M (HBsAg HBsAb HBeAg HBeAb HBcAb). Which is a serum mark of all kinds of patients with hepatitis B and HBV-DNA detected up to gene stardand. Mehtods Detect HBV-M by ELISA and deteet HBV-DNA by FQ-PcR. Results Each HBV-M pattern has some rate of detected HBV-DNA. The patterns of positive HBsAg HBeAg HBcAg and positive group of HBsAg HBeAg have much higher rate. The respective rate is 91.5 percent and 90.6 percent; the next are the patterns of positive HBsAg HBcAb, positive HBsAg and positive HBsAg HBeAb HBcAb and the respective rate is 50.0 percent 28.6 percent and 23.4 percent. In the pattern of neyative HBsAg, the rate is 8.1 percent. It's 8.3 percent when only the BHcAb is positive. The positive HBV-DNA(rate 6.0 percent) can be also detected in the case of poitive HBsAb. the OBrious discre panly between them can be found (P>0.01) by corpairing the rate 91.4 percent in the group of HBeAg with the group of HBeAb in which the rate is 21.1 percent. Conclusions there is close relationship between HBeAg and HBV-DNA. So the Serum mark, HBV-M of Hepatitis B patients should be all detected with HBV-DNA unconditionally to mark sure the situation of HBV copy after infected and to follone the trail of predictive erding.
