鳖卵带菌情况与实验感染霍乱弧菌的研究 Ⅳ.种卵污染O139/O1霍乱弧菌后在孵化期和稚鳖初期该菌的检出情况 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨鳖卵污染O139/O1霍乱弧菌后的带菌时间。[方法]采用菌液浸泡种卵后人工孵化,及菌液与沙混合后埋入卵直接孵化2种方法。孵化期间对沙、卵外壳、卵内容物,及稚鳖、养鳖用水进行O139/O1VC检测。[结果]在孵化期(39d)内,O139VC浸泡卵基本阳性(仅沙和卵壳各1次阴性),卵内容物多数阳性(8/14);O1VC浸泡卵上述3项均阳性(8/8)。染菌湿沙孵化的种卵,沙及卵外壳孵化期阳性检出时间较浸泡组短,仅1枚卵内容物阳性,其它检次均阴性。从第1只稚鳖孵出的3~56d,检鳖10只(包括对照2只),检水8次,均未检出O139/O1VC。[结论]如不考虑鳖卵在沙中的重复感染因素,卵外壳和卵内O139/O1VC的带菌时间至少可达39d,但未见延续至稚鳖出壳后。 To explore the bacteria carrying period of terrapin eggs contaminated by Vibrio Cholera (VC) O139/O1. Terrapin eggs were soaked in suspension of O139/O1 VC and then hatched artificially in the 1st group, and directly hatched in wet sand in the 2nd group. The hatching sand, egg shell, egg component, infant terrapin and the living water were detected for VC O139/O1 in both groups. O139 VC were detected from all of hatching sand and egg shell samples (except 1 sample of hatching sand and 1 sample of egg shell) and from 8 of 14 egg component samples soaked by O139 VC during 39 hatching days. VC O1 were detected from all of 8 hatching sand, egg shell, and egg component samples soaked by O1 VC. The VC positive period was shorter in suspension group than that in wet sand group. O139/O1 VC was not detected either from 10 infant terrapin samples or from 8 water samples. Egg shell and egg component could carry the bacteria for at least 39 days if repeated infection were not considered. The infant terrapins didn't carry O139/O1 VC after hatch even if their eggs were contaminated by O139/O1 VC.
