摘要 肠出血性大肠杆菌O157∶H7是一种新型致病性大肠杆菌,可引起出血性结肠炎、溶血性尿毒综合征和血栓性血小板减少性紫癜。该菌致病性强,病死率高,通过食物和水传播。本文介绍该病原菌实验室检测技术的研究进展,包括:细菌的培养分离、胶体金免疫技术、免疫磁珠分离法(IMS)、免疫荧光酶标法(VIDAS和miniVIDAS)、直接PCR、多重PCR和荧光定量PCR等。
