中药复方补益剂对不同细胞生长影响的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察中药复方补益剂对不同细胞生长作用的影响,为进一步研究其作用机制奠定基础。方法用含不同补益剂(四君子汤、四物汤、八珍汤、十全大补汤)的培养基分组孵育肝细胞、心肌细胞和脑细胞,然后观察细胞生长情况,并用MTT法进行检测,用SPSS软件分析。结果复方补益剂促进细胞生长作用效果显著(P<0.05);在肝细胞2周组中四物汤比四君子汤效果更好(P<0.05);四君子汤与十全大补汤对心肌细胞2周组比1周组效果更明显(P<0.05);八珍汤和十全大补汤对脑细胞1周、2周组作用均显著优于四君子汤、四物汤(P<0.05)。结论补益剂对细胞生长有显著促进作用,而且不同补益剂对细胞促生长作用有明显差异,同种补益剂对不同细胞或同种细胞的不同生长时期作用效果也不相同。 Objective To observe the effects of tonic prescriptions on the growth of different cultivated cells in rats, and further identify their mechanism for promoting growth of cells. Methods MTT method was used to observe the effect of tonic prescriptions on the growth of in vitro cultivated cells in rats. Results All these tonic prescriptions(Sijunzi Tang, Siwu Tang, Bazhen Tang, Shiquan Dabu Tang ) could markedly promote the hepatocyte, cardiac muscle cell and brain cell growth in rats (P<0.05); Siwu Tang was better than Sijunzi Tang in promoting growth of hypoxic hepatocyte for 2 weeks(P<0.05). The difference between 2- week group and 1-week group of cardiac muscle cells treated with Sijunzi Tang and Shiquan Dabu Tang was statistically significant(P<0.05). The effect of Bazhen Tang and Shiquan Dabu Tang was higher than Sijunzi Tang and Siwu Tang for promoting of brain cell growth (P<0.05). Conclusion Tonic prescriptions have marked effect on promoting growth of cells, otherwise, different tonic prescriptions has different effects on promoting growth in different cells and their effects are closely related to types and growth stages of cells.
