高效液相色谱法测定喘舒片中黄芩苷的含量

Determining the Content of Baicalin in Chuanshu Pills with HPLC

目的:用高效液相色谱法测定喘舒片中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用C18柱,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶1)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min-1,紫外检测波长274nm。结果:线性范围为0.216μg～1.05μg,r=0.9998;平均回收率为97.69%。结论:本法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于喘舒片中黄芩苷含量的测定。

Objective: To determine the content of baicalin in Chuanshu Pills with HPLC. Methods: HPLC analysis was carried out on C_(18) column with methanol, water and glacial acetic acid (50∶50∶1) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^(-1) and the detection wavelength was 274 nm. Results: The linear range was 0.216 μg～1.05 μg with average rate of recovery 97.69% (r=(0.9998)). Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and simple, and therefore can be applied to the determination of the content of baicalin.
