血府化瘀口服液的制备及临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Practice of Xuefu Huayu Liquid

目的:研究血府化瘀口服液的制备、质量控制及临床应用效果。方法:确定处方组成和制备工艺,按《中国药典》规定进行质量控制,并进行临床应用。结果:成品经鉴别、检查符合《中国药典》要求。用于治疗视网膜静脉血栓病例157例,有效率为98%。结论:血府化瘀口服液的疗效肯定,制剂稳定,可长期应用。

Objective: To study the preparation control, mass control and effect of clinical practice of Xuefu Huayu Liquid. Method: Determining the composition of prescription and preparative technology, controlling the mass according to the regulations set by Chinese pharmacopoeia and practicing clinically. Result: the liquid is up to the standard of Chinese pharmacopoeia by identification and examination. It was applied to the treatment of 157 patients with retinal venous thrombosis, which showed 98% of the effective rate. Conclusion: Xuefu Huayu Liquid is effective and suitable for long-term application.
