摘要
目的:探讨体外电磁波碎石术(ESWL)配合排石散治疗泌尿系结石急症临床疗效。方法:采用外用体外碎石,配合排石散治疗泌尿系结石急症100例。结果:一次性排石率达96%。结论:体外碎石术配合排石散治疗泌尿系结石急症,疗效确切,安全,创伤小。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of ESWL plus Paishi Powder in the treatment of emergency of urinary lithiasis. Method: 100 emergency cases of urinary lithiasis were treated by external lithotrity plus Paishi Powder. Result: There was 96% of smashing rate for one treatment. Conclusion: External lithotrity plus Paishi Powder in treating emergency of urinary lithiasis is definitely effective and safe with light wound.
