康复新滴剂治疗新生儿尿布皮炎疗效观察

Kangfuxin Drop in Treating Diaper Dermatitis in the New-born

目的:观察康复新滴剂治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组用康复新滴剂,对照组用紫草油,二组均外用涂搽于病变处,每日3～4次,疗程7d～10d。结果:治疗组有效率97.15%,对照组70.17%。结论:康复新滴剂治疗新生儿尿布皮炎临床疗效好,疗程短,无毒副作用。

Objective: To examine the effect of Kangfuxi Drop in treating diaper dermatitis of the new-born. Method: The new-born babies of treatment group were treated by Kangfuxin Drop while the babies in the control group treated by Arnebia oil. External smearing was applied on the infected parts of the new-born, who should receive the treatment 3～4 times daily with (7～)10 days as a course. Result: The treatment group showed effective rate of 97.15% while the control group 70.17%. Conclusion: Kangfuxin Drop is effective in treating diaper dermatitis of the new-born with shorter course and no side-effect.
