超微速溶制剂与传统汤剂的药理比较——超微速溶理中汤

The Pharmacological Effect of Ultra-micro quickly Dissolved Preparation by Contrast with Traditional Boiling Solution (First)——-Ultra-micro quickly Dissolved Preparation of LiZhongTang

目的:通过对寒凝血瘀型慢性胃炎大鼠及小鼠肠推进运动的研究,比较了理中汤超微速溶制剂与传统汤剂的药理作用与剂量关系。结果:超微速溶理中汤1.2、0.6、0.3g生药/kg剂量,即相当于临床用量的1/2、1/4、1/8倍剂量组大鼠的全血黏度、卡松黏度均有不同程度的显著性差异,1/16倍剂量也显示了降低的趋势;1/4、1/8倍剂量对血浆黏度有明显改变;1/2、1/4、1/8倍剂量组大鼠的红细胞电泳时间均有不同程度的显著性差异,1/2倍剂量组红细胞集聚、血液屈服力有显著性差异,且对大鼠胃、十二指肠病变有显著改善;超微速溶理中汤1.2g生药/kg剂量,即相当于临床用量的1/2倍剂量组小鼠的肠推进率有显著性差异.其他剂量组有改善脾虚小鼠肠推进率增加的趋势。结论代表“温法”的理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒时剂量可小,其超微速溶制剂的剂量可减致1/8;治疗胃痛胃炎时剂量可大,其超微速溶制剂的剂量以1/2为宜。

Objective:To contrast the pharmacological effect and the dose relation to Ultra-miero-quickly dissolved preparation and traditional boiling solution of LiZhongTang by studying the chronic gastritis rat with accumulated cold and stagnated blood and alvine pushing movement of mice. Result :At the dose of 1.2,0.6,0.3g(crude herb)/kg of LiZhongTang Ultra-micro quickly Dissolved preparation, namely equal to 1/2,1/4,1/8 times of clinic dose, there were evident differences in the whole blood viscosity, Carlson viscosity of rats in these groups, and there was a depressing trend in the group of 1/16 times dose too. The 1/4,1/8 times dose could alter the plasma viscosity deeply. In 1/2,1/4,1/8 times dose groups, there were remarkable differences at various degrees in the electrophoretic times of rat's red cell, in 1/2 time of clinic dose group the red cell conglomeration and the blood subdued stress showed remarkable difference, and the dose could notably improve the pathological changes of rat on stomach and duodenum. At the dose of 1.2 g(crude herb)/kg of LiZhongTang Ultra-micro quickly Dissolved preparation, namely equal to 1/2 time of clinic dose, the alvine pushing rate of mice showed notable difference, in other dose groups there was a improved trend on alvine pushing rate of mice with deficiency of the spleen. Conclusion. When treating the spleen and stomach with cold due to deficiency the dose of LiZhongTang, represented ' wenFa', may be decreased, the dose of it's Ultra-micro-quickly dissolved preparation can be decreased to 1/8. When treating gastric pain and gastricism the dose of it's Ultra-micro quickly dissolved preparation can be decreased to 1/2.
