反相高效液相色谱法快速测定感冒清热颗粒中葛根素的含量

The determination of puerarin in Ganmao Qingre granules by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography

目的:建立感冒清热颗粒中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:RP-HPLC色谱法,ODSC18柱,4.6mm×150mm(5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(35:65),内含0.01%醋酸;检测波长:251nm;流速:1.0mL·min-1结果:色谱分离良好,在1-128ug范围内成线性关系,Y=4236X+8.436,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.9%,RSD为1.68%。结论:本方法简单、快速、准确,适合该制剂快速定量分析。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of the content of puerarin in Ganmao Qingre granules. Methods:RP-HPLC, ODS column, methanol: H2O(35:65) containing 0.01% acetic acid as mobile phase at a flow-rat of 1.0mL·min-1,and detected at 251nm.Results: Puerarin was eluted within 5min without interference with co-existing components, the detection limits was 1μg-128μg( r=0.9999), the average recovery was 97.9 % with RSD 1.68 % . Conclusion :Thismethod is simple and accurate, it is suitable for the quality control of the preparation.
