中药穴位透入配合肝病治疗仪治疗脂肪肝的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Fatty Liver by Chinese Herbs Acupoint Introduction Combined with HD Liver Disease Therapy Instrument

目的:观察中药穴位透入配合肝病治疗仪治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效观察。方法:将82例随机分为两组,对照组34例。采用常规治疗;治疗组48例,在常规治疗基础上给予中药穴位透入配合肝病治疗仪进行治疗。结果:临床总显效率治疗组与对照组分别为52.08%和26.47%,总有效率分别为91.67%和64.70%,治疗组的总显效率和总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。两组治疗后的临床症状及血清AST、ALT、TC和TG浓度与治疗前比较,均有显著性改善或降低(P<0.01),但治疗组治疗后与对照组治疗后比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后B超检查正常肝脏增加率及中、重度脂肪肝减少率明显高于对照组治疗后,两组治疗后比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位透入配合肝病治疗仪治疗脂肪肝可显著改善其主要临床症状和肝功能,降低血脂,明显优于常规治疗的疗效,有助于提高临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the effect of treatment of fatty liver by Chinese herbs acupoint introduction combined with HD liver disease therapy instrument(HD-LDTI). Methods:82 patients with fatty liver were randomized into control group( n = 34) and treatment group ( n = 48 ) . The main clinic symptoms, B-ultrasound monitoring, ALT, AST, TC, TG were measured in all patients before and end of treatment. Results:The markedly effective rate was 52.08% in treatment group and was 26.47% in control group, the total effective rate in two group was 91.67% and 64.70% respectively, comparison between the two group showed significant difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05).In both group, the manifestation of symptoms of patients improved obviously and the laboratory indices such as serum level of ALT, AST, TC, TG reduced obviously after treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05), and beter effect was shown in the treated group (P < 0.05) . The normalization rate of B ultrasonic monitoring in the treated group significantly higher(P<0.01) than those in control group. Conclusion : Applying Chinese herbs acupoint introduction combined with HD-LDTI in the treatment was benefit to the patients with fatty liver.
