中西医结合治疗中风198例

198 Cases of Apoplexy Treated with TCM and WM Combined

根据中风的病因病机,作者抓住了风、痰、瘀、虚4个主要致病因素,将在临床中统计的198例中风病例,辨证分4型。在中医辨证论治原则指导下,针对风、痰、瘀、虚不同病机,采用中西医结合的方法辨证施治,结果临床治愈132例,占66.7%,显效58例,占29.3%,进步4例,占2%,死亡4例,占2%,总有效率达98%,有一定的推广价值。

According the apoplexy's pathogeny and pathogenesis the four factors of wind, phlegm, stasis and deficiency have been grasped into treating 198 cases of apoplexy in clinic. Under the guide of TCM syndrome-differentiating treatment principle these four syndromes were treated with TCM and WM combined. The results show that the cases f clinical cure are 132 and its rate is 66.7 %, the cases of apparent effect are 58 cases and its rate is 29.3 %, the cases of advancement are 4 and its rate is 2 %, the cases of death are 4 cases and its rate is 2 % . The all-effective rate is 98 % . So the therapy is worthy applying in clinic.
