摘要
通过分子设计,研制出了高固含量和各种磺化度的高效三聚氰胺甲醛树脂陶瓷减水剂,通过红外光谱、DSC图谱、X射线衍射分析了产品的结构和性能,讨论了多种因素对助剂应用性能的影响。结果表明,当助剂磺化率为1.4,助剂加入量为0 .45 %~0 .5 %时,减水率可达3 1.1%。用扫描电镜观察陶瓷坯浆时,发现颗粒絮凝体结构解体,颗粒相互分散。
Through design of molecular structure,a kind of high-contented, medium sulfonated melamine-formaldehyde resin is prepared,and at the same time the factors such as ratio of sodium bisulfite to melamine and the amount of SMF that affect applied properties are studied,finally,the structure and properties of the product are characterized by FT-IR,DSC,WAXD and SEM. The results shows that the ratio of water-reducing can get 31.1% while the ratio of sodium bisulfite to melamine is 1.4 and the amount is 0.45%~0.5%,and the spectrums of SEM also show that the flocculate of particles is disintegrated and the particles scatter mutually.
