摘要
由上海市机械施工有限公司承建的上海铁路南站主站屋钢结构,系直径为278m、高为42m、重约7000t的圆形建筑。针对地下通道遍布、钢结构安装在已建混凝土平台上、南北广场同步施工、沪杭线从轴线间通行等复杂施工工况,研制了一套“600t履带吊定点就位、123m旋转龙门吊安装到位”的施工方法,取得了较好的效果,对今后类似工程具有借鉴作用。
The steel structure roof for main terminal of the Shanghai Southern S ta tion,constructed by Shanghai Mechanization Construction Company,Ltd is a dome wi th 278 m diamter,42 m height and 7 000 weight.In the light of complex situations such as all over the underground passageways,steel structure having been built up on the platform,simultaneous construction of southern and northern squares as well as HuHang Line's approach through axial line,a set of construction met hod “600 t caterpillar crane fixed location and 123 m rotated portal jib crane positioning of installation”were developed and a good result has been obtained. This affords us a lesson for similar's in the future.
