为顺应时代发展的需求,上南公园通过制定“星级公园”创建计划及日常养护管理措施的实施,于2004年被评定为“三星级公园”。作为居住区配套公园,其创建的成功,可为相同性质的公园创建星级公园提供借鉴。

In order to confirm to the developing requirement of times,the Shan gn an Garden drew up a plan for creating “Star Garden”and execution of daily main tenance and management.It was appraised as “Three Star Garden”in 2004.As a gar den affiliated to neighborhoods,its success gives other similar gardens for a us eful reference.
