入世“后过渡期” 渔业应对SPS/TBT壁垒的思考

Thinking about Answer of China's Fishery to SPS/TBT in Late Transition Period of China's WTO Entry

本文阐述了我国加入WTO以来,与发达国家的渔业贸易摩擦的主要形式和渔业贸易受SPS/TBT壁垒的负面影响情况;解释了随着“后过渡期”的结束,中国渔业国际贸易将面临SPS/TBT壁垒、倾销制裁与数额限制的可能性;提出了要重视突发事件及“后过渡期”应对SPS/TBT壁垒的相关措施。

First,the paper set forth principal mode of fishery trade frict ion in the developed countries and China and negative action of fishery trade af fected by SPS/TBT since China's WTO entry. Second,the paper expound fishery int ernational trade will be faced with the questions of SPS/TBT,dumping and amount restriction with the end of late transition period. In the end,the paper put f orward to attaching importance to sudden occurrence and correlation measures to answer of China's fishery to SPS/TBT in late transition period.
