实践证明发展循环经济会使经济和环境双赢。文章介绍了循环经济的内容和特点,论述了循环经济和渔业可持续发展的关系,提出了推动我国渔业循环经济发展的政策和措施。
It has been proved by practice that develop recycle economy can make Win-Win between economic and environmental. The article has introduce the content and characteristic of recycle economy,has described the relation betwee n recycle economy and fishery's sustainable development,have put forward policy and measure of promoting the development of fishery's recycle economy of our co untry.
