摘要
我国现实经济生活中,在所有制上出现了国有及国有控股企业与民营企业两大类不同所有制的企业,在企业规模上出现了大中型企业集团与中小企业并存的局面。对国有及国有控股企业采取按行业管理为主的管理体制,对民营企业档案工作采取属地管理为主的管理体制。文章对这两种管理体制及其运行机制分别从宏观和微观角度作了较为深入的探讨。
In our country's the practical economic life, there are two kinds of enterprises in ownership: the state-owned or state-owned holding enterprises and the private enterprises, and in enterprises' scale the groups of large and middle enterprises exist side by side with small or middle enterprises. The archival works of state-owned or state-owned holding enterprises were managed chiefly according to their trades, and that of private enterprises chiefly according to their location. The article explores the two kinds of management system and operating system from macro and micro point of views.
