摘要
改革以来我国经济增长模式由速度型向效益型转变，但从经济增长过程来看，片面追求速度的倾向依然存在。其原因是在体制转换过程中存在经济扩张的冲动，宏观决策部门和经济理论界的一些同志对速度型增长模式的弊端仍然认识不足，把发展才是硬道理理解成为速度才是硬道理。对我国经济增长周期的分析表明，“高速增长型”模式不利于经济长期稳定有效地发展，而“适度增长型”模式则有较好的经济增长效果。
Abstract The pattern of our economic growth have been transformed from speed-seeking to effectiveness-seeking since the reform. but from the aspect of foe process of our economic growth, there have been existed the tendency to pursue the speed lopsidedly. The reasons are that there have been existed impulse of economic expansion dLlring the process of transformation, and some comrades in our macrodecision making departments and economic theory circles have been lack of cognition on the evils of speed seeking growth. and they have comprehended 'Development is the hard truth' into 'Speed is the hard truth'. The analysis of our economic growth cycle has proved 'High speed--seeking growth' is not beneficial to the long--term. stable, efficient development of economy , but 'Optimum speed--seeking growth' has good effects on economic growth.
