从根本上解决"三农"问题,历史对农村教育、对电大的发展提出了别无选择的要求。电大具有任何一所学校和教育机构都无法比拟的教育网络和系统办学的优势,为"三农"服务是电大责无旁贷的历史责任。

The history gives us no alternative but to develop the education in rural areas and extend the radio and television universities. Since the radio and television university has incomparable advantages in systematic and network teaching over any other teaching institute, it is its historical bounden duty to serve “San Nong”.
