摘要
建设学习型农村是解决"三农"问题的治本措施。只有党政重视,城市支持,工业反哺,农村自建,才能建成学习型农村。
To build study-typed villages is a root-curing measure to solve the 'San Nong' problem. Only through the government recognition, city support, industry back feeding, village self building, can study-typed villages be built up.
