摘要
在注重开发智力、培养能力、发展个性,大力实施素质教育和创新教育的今天,语文教师要摒弃不适合新形势的传统教学思想和方法,实现角色的四个转变:一是变"以教师为主"为"以学生为主";二是变知识的"权威者"为知识的"研习者";三是变"教书匠"为"科研者";四是变单纯知识传授为人格养成教育。
Today when lay stress on developing intellect, cultivating abilities, encouraging personality, fully executing quality education and innovation education, Chinese teachers should get rid of traditional teaching ways that are unsuitable to new situations, and realize the four changes of the role.
