摘要
现阶段中国公开市场业务操作对象主要是央行票据,未来中国公开市场业务的操作对象应该以国债为主。为此,从中央银行调整资产结构、国债发行、国债二级市场发育等方面提出了对策建议。
The main object in the open-market operations in China at present is the bonds issued by the central bank,and in the future it should be national debt.The paper points out that the central bank would adjust the structure of the central bank asset,the national debt issue and the secondary market of China's debt.
