摘要
采用坩埚法研究MgAlON-Al2O3系复合材料的抗渣性能,分析了复合材料的高温稳定性能和材料受渣侵蚀后的显微结构变化。研究结果表明,MgAlON的抗渣性能优于刚玉和刚玉-MgAlON系复合材料;同时在Mg-AlON-AlO系复合材料中,随着MgAlON含量增加,复合材料抗渣性能增加。
The slag-resistant performance of MgAlON-Al_2O_3 composites is studied by means of the crucible slag-resistance method. The phase compositions of the composites are investigated by XRD,and so is the microstructure of these composites attacked by melt-slag by SEM and EDS. The slag-resistant performance of MgAlON-Al_2O_3 material is found to be superior to that of Al_2O_3or MgAlON-Al_2O_3 materials.It increases with the raising of the MgAlON content.
