摘要
以提纯钠化后的精制钠基膨润土为基质(d001为1.23nm,),以钛酸正丁酯[Ti(n-C4H9O)4]为钛源,制备一系列钛交联蒙脱石纳米复合材料(Ti-PILCs),并对Ti/土比、H/Ti摩尔比等主要合成条件进行了讨论。XRD检测结果表明,以Ti(n-C4H9O)4为钛源,Ti/土=15mmol/g,H/Ti=2.5mol/mol,c(HCl)=5mol/L,室温下交联,可制得层间距d001值达3.59nm的大孔结构Ti-PILCs,且比表面积可达409.1m2/g。
This paper studies the synthetic conditions of titanium pillared clay with pillaring agent prepared from Ti(n-C_4H_9O)_4 and HCl, using Na-montmorillonite in Hubei as the starting clay. Characterization of the products is performed by XRD. The influences of various synthetic conditions such as Ti/clay ratio, H/Ti mol ratio have been analyzed. The analysis of XRD shows that titanium pillared montmorillonite with the largest pore structure (d_001=3.59 nm) can be gained using Ti(n-C_4H_9O)_4 as titanium resource at the room temperature, when Ti/clay=15 mmol/g, H/Ti=2.5 mol/mol,c(HCl)=5mol/L.And the largest surface area can reach 409.1 m^2/g.
