摘要
本文基于某双导管螺旋桨船船体的线型特点,详尽分析了该船在试航中产生振动的原因;并通过模型试验进一步证实该船振动的成因主要是由于螺旋桨在不均匀流场中运转时产生的激振力所致。在实船已经建成,船体线型无法修改的情况下,在艉部设计并加装整流鳍,改善了该船桨盘面伴流分布的不均匀性,从而降低由螺旋桨脉动压力所引起的剧烈振动,使该船最终得以顺利交船。
According to the shiplines feature of a double duct propeller ship, the reason of the ship vibration detected in the trial is in detail analyzed in this paper. It is verified by means of model test that the ship vibration is caused by the propeller-excited force, which is generated by the propeller running in the non-uniform stern flow field. Since the ship has been constructed, instead of modifying the shape of the submerged afterbody of ship, the double stern fins are designed and installed on the ship. After installing the fins, the ununiformity of wake distribution on propeller disk is improved, and consequently the strong vibration caused by propeller fluctuating pressure also decreased. Finally the ship was delivered to owner successfully.
