摘要 磁流体(Magneticfluid)是含超微磁铁粒子的液体,既具有固体磁性材料的磁性,又能像液体一样流动,磁流体因其本身所具有的某些特性而具有广泛的应用价值,尤其在肿瘤治疗领域———靶向载药磁微球,磁控血管内磁性微球栓塞,磁流体热疗,给肿瘤的治疗带来了新的契机和希望。文章就国内外磁流体靶向治疗肿瘤的研究进展作了综述。 Magnetic fluid is a kind of liquid including magnetic nanoparticles. It not only has magnetism as solid magnetic materials,but also can flow as liquid. Magnetic fluid has a wide value because of its certain special properties,particularly in the fields of tumor therapy such as magnetic targeting drug-bearing microsphere,arterial embolism using magnetic microspheres controlled by magnetic field,magnetic fluid hyperthermia and so on.So magnetic fluid brings us new chances and the bright future for tumor treatment. The advances in the application of magnetic fluid in tumor targeted therapy at home and abroad are reviewed here.
