摘要
在激光扫描仪基础上,给出了一种基于计算机控制的电子摄像式交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆绝缘料杂质测量仪的组成与工作原理,特别是经过特殊的光学及电学设计,其分辨力可达到20μm,误差小于10%。
This paper presents the construction and principle of a computer controlled impurity measuring system with electronic camcorder for XLPE insulating compound based on the laser scanner. By special optical and electrical design, the developed system has a resolution of 20 μm and measuring error of less than 10%.
