摘要
针对国内外现有全液压凿岩钻车的防卡方法所存在的问题,提出了一种新型A,B阀防卡方法,并对由此而设计的防卡阀和防卡回路,在一次自动防卡工作循环全过程中的动态性能,进行了计算机数字仿真研究和试验研究.探索了几种旨在提高防卡反应快速性的途径.对防卡回路的设计和调试具有指导意义和实用价值.
In view of the existing defect of current anti-jamming means in internal and external all-hydraulic rock-drilling jumbo,this paper put forward a new kind of anti-jamming means inthe course of drilling rock,and developed the relative anti-jamming valve and hydraulic cir-cuit.Then,dynamic digital simulation and experiment research were brought to this new an-ti-jamming means.Finally,several kinds of methods to improve the anti-jamming speed in thecourse of drilling rock were raised.All these researches are of directional and practical valueto the design and experiment of anti-jamming circuit of all-hydraulic rock-drilling jumbo.
