摘要
基于案例的推理是继基于规则推理的又一专家系统设计技术。结合房地产估价专家系统，着重论述了基于案例推理的基本原理及实现过程。
Case-based reasoning（CBR）has emerged as analternative to rule-based reasoning tech-niques for the design of expert systems．In this paper，we mainly discussed the CBR in real estate property appraisal expert system. Considering the features of real e；tate property ap-praisal，we discussed the mechanism of CBR in detail.
