雷帕霉素洗脱支架治疗老年冠状动脉特长病变的临床研究

Study of sirolimus-eluting stent in treatment of elderly pretty long coronary artery lesions

目的:研究雷帕霉素洗脱支架(SES)治疗老年冠脉特长病变的疗效。方法:对19例冠脉特长病变患者植入SES并进行随访,于6个月时行冠脉造影检查。结果:19例患者均完成该研究,共21处病变,病变长度平均(52.6 ±15.4)mm,直径平均(2.74±0.10)mm,每处病变平均植入2.5枚支架。6个月造影随访显示,支架近端狭窄由13%上升到15%,支架内狭窄由15%上升到22%,支架运端狭窄由25%下降到20%,但均无显著差异(P>0.05); 有1例非致死性心肌梗死和2例心绞痛发生。结论:SES治疗冠脉特长病变是安全有效的。

Objective: To investigate the safety and effectiveness of sirolimus-eluting stent (SES) in the treatment of elderly pretty long coronary artery lesions. Methods: A total of 19 eligible patients were enrolled in the study and followed up for 6 months. Results: There were altogether 21 pretty long (>36 mm) lesions in the 19 cases with mean length of 52. 6±15. 4 mm, and mean diameter of 2.74 ±0. 10 mm. The mean number of SES per lesion was 2.5. At 6th month, angiographic study showed that stenosis rate in the proximal segment to stent shifted from 13% to 15% . in-stent stenosis rate shifted from 15% to 22% and that of distal segment to the stent lowered from 25% to 20%, however, all these changes were insignificant, P>0. 05. Major cardiac adverse events included only 1 case of nonfatal myocardial infarction unrelated to stenting and 2 cases of angina pectoris. Conclusion: The use of sirolimus-eluting stent in the treatment of pretty long coronary artery lesions is safe and effective.
