倍他乐克注射液治疗室上性心动过速80例临床分析

Therapeutic efficacy of metprolol injection in 80 case with supraventricular tachycardia

目的:评价倍他乐克注射液治疗室上性心动过速(SVT)的疗效及安全性。方法:158例SVT病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组80例,以倍他乐克注射液5 mg加25%葡萄糖20 ml,缓慢静脉注射,总剂量10-15 mg·发作终止后改为口服药维持;对照组应用异博定注射液,总剂量5-10 mg,用法同治疗组。所有患者均连续监测心电活动。结果:治疗组和对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为91.25%和70.51%(P<0.001)。治疗组未见不良反应。结论:倍他乐克注射液是治疗室上性心动过速患者安全有效的药物,值得临床广泛使用。

Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of metoprolol injection in 80 patients with supraventricula tachycardia (SVT). Methods:Eighty patients with SVT were divided into study group (80 cases) and control group (78 cases). Metoprolol (5 mg) injection add 25% glucose 20 ml was slowly intravenously injected in patients of study group, its total amount was 10-15 mg. After SVT terminating the metoprolol was changed to orally taken for maintain effect. Verapamil injection was applied in control group, its total amount was 5-10 mg. All patients monitored with ECG etc. Results: Total effective rate of study group and control group were respectively 91. 25%、 70. 51% (P<0. 001). There was no side effect in study group. Conclusion:Metoprolol slowly intravenous injection is safety and efficacy to cure the patients with SVT.
