摘要
从碳链结构,活性元素的含量与种类,水基中的多种成分,端基双键结构几个方面讨论了影响水基润滑剂抗磨性能的规律,并对一些原理作了初步探讨。研究表明,水溶性润滑剂分子链增长以及含有多支链的长碳链水溶性酯结构有利于提高低负荷下抗磨能力,活性元素的含量及在分子中存在的结构方式对水基润滑剂的极压性能有较大影响,水基中的多种成分对润滑剂抗磨性能产生不利影响,双键在端基位置而又含硫、磷复合元素的化合物是一种很有前途的水基润滑剂。
This paper discusses the regularities of influencing water-based lubricants antiwearproperties and makes preliminary probe. Research shows that aqueous lubricant's carbonicchain length and long chain water-soluble ester with branched chains are valuable to antiwearability under lower load.Content and constructure of active elements in molecule have a largeeffect on extreme-pressure ability. Miscellaneous ingredients in water will be disadvantageousto antiwear ability.The lubricant with double bond at the end group and active elements ofsulfur and phosphorus is a prospective water-based lubricant.
