摘要
以超声液态浸渗工艺制备的NicalonSiC纤维/纯铝预制丝为例,借助数理统计分析方法,对衡量预制丝质量的力学指标进行了理论和实验分析,结果表明:在优化复合材料预制丝的制备工艺参数及对预制丝质量进行控制时,采用拉断载荷衡量预制丝的质量既可靠又简便。
By means of mathematical statistics,this paper discusses the mechanical criterion of thequality of Nicalon SiC fiber/aluminum perform wires fabricated by ultrasonic liquid infiltra-tion process. The results show that it is reliable and convenient to take fracture load as themechanical criterion of the quality of perform wire in optimizing its process parameters andcontrolling its quality.
