摘要
提出了一种用于分离与分析富勒烯中C_(60)和C_(70)的高效液相色谱新方法,该方法用辛烷基键合相作色谱柱固定相,以乙醇-氯仿(体积比为75:25)溶剂作流动相,用紫外检测器检测,其分离度大于2.5,分析时间小于9min,最小检测量为1×1O ̄(-11)g。
A new method for analysis of C_(60) and C_(70) in fullerenes by HPLC on octanc group bondedphase column with ethanol-chloroform(75 : 25) as the mobil phases and UV detector hasbeen studied. The resolution between C_(60) and C_(70) was more than 2. 5; the separation time wasless than 9 min and the minimum detectbility was 1 ×10^(-11)g。
