摘要 HIV感染的治疗策略目前还处在探索中 ,在综述了HIV药物治疗和药物开发的基础上 ,总结了艾滋病药物研发潜在的新靶点和药物治疗的新策略 。 At present therapeutic strategies of HIV infection are still being under exploitation. On the basis of reviewing the HIV therapeutics and drug development, the author summarizes the potential new targets of drug development and new strategies of therapy in AIDS, and discusses the challenges for the development of new drugs and strategies in the principles of traditional Chinese medicine due to complexity of pathogenesis in AIDS.
