中医药治疗脑梗死研究的实践与若干思考

Treating Cerebral Infarction with Traditional Chinese Medicine—Practices and Reflections

针对目前中医药治疗脑梗死研究出现的若干问题 ,结合自己工作实践 ,提出毒损脑络学说赋予脑梗死中医病机的新内涵 ;在证候规律与证候标准研究方面 ,应结合统计学和计算智能等方法试图研究方法学的创新 ,深入研究证候与生活质量关系 ,研究将赋予证候新的内涵 ;临床疗效评价应在公认标准的基础上建立体现中医药治疗优势特色评价体系 ;在实验研究方面 ,临床研究是实验研究的基础 ,模型的选择与研究是实验研究的关键 ,研究老年脑梗死应充分考虑到增龄因素 ,应从多靶点、多层次揭示药物作用机制 。

The pathogensis of cerebral infarction embodied in the doctrine of Injury of Collaterals by Toxins is interpreted in this article, based on some problems in the studies on treating cerebral infarction with traditional Chinese medicine and the author's clinical experiences. The studies on syndromes development and criterion should be combined with the methodological innovations with the introduction of statistics and CI to intensively study the relationship between symptoms and living standard, and hence syndromes studies will be enriched. As to the appraisal of curative effect, an evaluation system with traditional Chinese medical features should be established on the basis of generally accepted standards. In terms of experimental studies, clinical study is the foundation and model is critical. Much consideration should be given to the factor of aging so as to reveal the mechanism of drug action extensively.
