摘要
在总结现有研究成果的基础上，提出了决策知识－方法库的概念，对其功能与特点等进行了理论阐述，并结合实际进行了具体设计。
On the basis of the present research results，the paper makes a summary and puts for-ward the concept of Decision Knowledge Approaches Base（KAB），and theoretically expoundsits function and characteristics. A specific design is also given in the paper.
