左氧氟沙星注射液与木糖醇注射液配伍的稳定性研究

Study on the stability of the compatibility of levofloxacin injection with xylitol

目的:考察室温下左氧氟沙星注射液和木糖醇注射液配伍稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后0～6h内左氧氟沙星的含量和紫外吸收光谱的变化,用pH8-25型酸度计测定pH的变化,并观察配伍液的外观、颜色、澄明度。结果:室温下配伍溶液的各项指标0～6h内无显著性变化。结论:左氧氟沙星注射液与木糖醇注射液可以配伍使用。

Objective: To study the stability of the compatibility of levofloxacin injection with xylitol at room temperature. methods: The contents and the changes of ultraviolet absorption spectrum of levofloxacin injection were detected by UV-spectrophotometry, the pH value were detected with pH-25 model phmeter and the external appearance, color, diaphaneity of the mixed solution were observed. results: Every guide line of the mixed solution showed no significant changes within 0~6 h at room temperature.concluslon: Levofloxacin injection with xylito could be combined for use.
