Research on the Risk Precautionof International Trade Financing of China's Commercial Bank

商业银行国际贸易融资风险的防范是每个国家商业银行和金融管理当局面临的重大问题。在中国,随着对外贸易的发展,商业银行国际贸易融资的风险问题越来越突出。本文通过对我国商业银行国际贸易融资风险的成因分析,结合我国商业银行国际贸易融资业务风险防范的现状,从组织结构、内控制度、业务操作和人员素质四个方面提出了我国商业银行防范国际贸易融资风险的对策。

The precaution against the risk of international trade financing of commercial banks is an important issue that commercial banks of every country and financial administrative authority face. In China, with the development of foreign trade, the question of international trade financing risk of commercial banks is becoming more and more pressing. Through the analysis of causes of international trade financing risk of China's commercial banks and based on the status quo of taking precautions against the risk of international trade financing of China's commercial banks, the paper advances some countermeasures of the issue from the following four respects: organizational structure, institution of inside control, business operation and quality of employees.
